The environmental tax is actually an upgrade of past sewage charges. The regulations on collection and use of sewage charges were implemented on 1 July 2003. Then this standard is not charged.
The environmental tax law only makes it more clear on this basis the scope and the group of exemptions: first, the unit and residents who do not operate the business are tax-free. For the farming industry in the countryside, the environmental tax is simply too weak compared with the strict environmental censorship. For large-scale farmers, if they do not use waste pollution, they will not be able to pay the environmental protection tax. Instead, they will not be able to pass environmental approval. On the contrary, the scale farm has made comprehensive use of the waste pollution, environmental examination and approval can pass, still in the free range tax group. Therefore, the environmental protection tax law has an impact on the breeding industry, but it does not need us to worry too much about the impact on our farming industry.
