[pharmacological action] broad spectrum antibiotic. The effect of gram negative bacteria is stronger than gram positive bacteria, and also has a strong effect on the treponema. Its antibacterial mechanism is to inhibit the synthesis of DNA. Intramuscular injection is well absorbed, widely distributed and eliminated rapidly.
Used for intestinal infection caused by diarrhea and enteritis.
