【 traits 】 this product is colorless to microyellow transparent liquid.
[pharmacological action] this product belongs to a broad spectrum of antimicrobial agents, is the strongest antimicrobial activity in vivo and in vitro sulphonamide, for most gram-positive bacterium and negative bacteria have stronger inhibition, bacterial drug resistance is slow. There are good antibacterial effects on gram-positive and negative bacteria, such as suppurative streptococcus, salmonella and pneumoniae. Sulphonamide structurally similar to the amino acid, can compete with amino acid bacteria dihydrofolate synthetase, hinders dihydrofolate synthesis and reduce the amount of folic acid which, ultimately affect the synthesis of nucleic acid, inhibit the growth of bacteria breeding. The effects of sulfa drugs can be antagonised by aminobenzoic acid and its derivatives (procaine, buvacaine). In addition, the abscess and tissue decomposition products can also provide the necessary substances for bacterial growth and antagonize the sulfonamide drugs.
[drug interactions] 1. Synergistic effect with the use of benzyrimidine (antibacterial synergist).
2. Some medicines containing the acyl amino benzene armour, such as procaine, tetracaine can generate amino acid in the body, such as yeast contains bacteria metabolic need amino acid, can reduce the medicine effect, therefore should not be used.
3. The use of diuretics such as thiazine or urinates can aggravate renal toxicity.
[indications] it is mainly used for respiratory, digestive tract, urinary tract infection, coccidiosis and toxoplasmosis.
[usage and dosage] iv: one dose, 1kg of weight, and 0.5ml of livestock. 1 ~ 2 times a day, 2 ~ 3 days.
[adverse reactions] 1. Sulfonamide or its metabolites can produce precipitation in the urine, which is more likely to produce crystallization during high dosage and long term administration, resulting in the blockage of crystalline urine, hematuria or renal tubules.
2. Intravenous injection can cause temporary paralysis.
3. Sulfonamide injection is a strong alkaline solution with strong irritant to the tissues.
1. This product can be crystallized by acid, so it should not be diluted with 5% glucose solution.
2. Long-term or large dosage of application is easy to cause crystallization of urine, and it should be used for the application of sodium bicarbonate and drinking large amounts of water.
3. When allergic reactions or other serious adverse reactions occur, stop the medicine immediately and give treatment to symptomatic treatment.
